          Funz:

Wat type of vit c do u use? And wat is the proportion? Interested to try.
          WCW:
What type of Vitamin C do you put it in? those orange syrup type?
When do u add in the Vitamin C?
I use Blackmores (I am taking that daily). Its oval shaped. I cut it into half and pound it b4 using it, as recommended by another forummer here in the early pages. Haven't tried using the whole pill yet. I add it after the yeast, not touching it.

Hi, I am a newbie in bread making. Would like to try this out one day with my children. Any simple, easy recipe for bread without a bread maker? TIA.

Hi, thanks, but is this for me, newbie? Seems a little complicating to me. May I check what is 'improver', 'proofing' and 'shaping'?

Sorry, like I mentioned, I am a newbie in this, doesn't even bake much either, so really very green. πŸ˜“

But no no no no no, pls do not tempt me with this ok. I have quite a number of good machines at home and they ended up mostly white elephants. My hubby keeps chiding me that :\"We do not own a bank nor we print money ok!\"  :moneyflies:

After reading the forums about breadmaker. I decided to get one today. Bought my Zojirushi breadmaker at OG Orchard for $249 but you have to purchase $50 worth of any product to get that promo. Will try to bake a simple bread tomorrow with my kids. πŸ™ Hope it turn out ok
