i baked pandan bread last nite with homemade pandan juice and coconut milk, here r the pics :

Taste good and smell wonderfully, only setback is the appearance :sad: it doesnt turn out lustre green like store bought ones ... as u can see from the pic, it's pale green ... ...

I guess the store bought ones use food colouring whereas yours is all natural? :ugogirl: -

Happy mama, I used blender, blend 15 pandan leaves (I ks, recipe says 10-12) with 50ml of water, then squeeze out the juice. Th raw juice v green, but after baking no so green, only achieve pale green.

How did you make your pandan juice? I pounded mine the other time, but the colour didn't turn out so green. It looked more yellowish instead. -

Oh you blended it. I asked my helper to pound the leaves... Poor girl no matter how she pounded the juice didn't come out as much. Maybe it's time for me to invest in a blender.
