2nd attempt on Okara Bread (original recipe fm \"cook.bake.love\" blog)


having failed the last time i tried baking this bread, i reduced the liquid portion by half for this time round; dough still pretty sticky but i went ahead for the 2 rises and sent in to the oven, result ...

Aesthetically still need improvement, taste-wise ok.

Looks so good .... can't wait to learn bread baking.

Robinson selling the z-machine at $286 for card members on 19 oct. I think it's cheaper than the OG sale where I got then.

Hee hee .. I have the same oven.
But I think better use a bread making machine .. higher success rate and easier.

19 nov is exclusive for Robinson card members. I am not sure whether they will extend to non-members after 19 oct. Sorry, aren't much helpful here.
