As for me... breadmaking stopped 2 weeks ago because \"mam, cannot find the breadmaker inside thing (paddle!!)\" :yikes: I tried to explain, that she need to look at every corner and find it - it's not something I could go to the market and buy a replacement... but \"try already, mam. still cannot find\"

      🀷 🀷

and that was the end of my breadmaker. :stupid:  :stupid:
Huh? Your domestic helper lost the most important thing in your bm? Can check with the manufacturer c can replace? If not might need to throw & buy new one Liao if wanna continue baking....no choice. 🀷

What brand of BM is it? If old Z machine, I may have parts cos I bought extra the last time.

Walnut Bread I made last night. My recipe yields 1.1kg dough and makes about 10x 110g bun.

Wow... the bread looks so delicious!

My BM was passed to me by a friend. It must be over 5 years old, judging from the design and the yellowing? But they hardly ever used it. It is a Breadman Ultimate. Don't think many people have that in SG. A friend of mine from the UK is trying to source for me as well... See how goes :xedfingers:
