You should start the dough process in the morning till afternoon it was pretty hot then...

180 deg 20 min but Alittle burnt.

For small buns like these, I usually bake them for 15mins at about 170 deg. For convection ovens I tend to set the temp about 10deg lower than what is stated in the recipe.

Congrats! You successfully baked your mini buns! A bit burnt never mind, next time you know how long to bake then you adjust accordingly, different oven works slightly different. Mine normally takes 25-30mins.

Yeah but morning too lazy then when I decided to bake, it starts to rain.... :gloomy:
