Don't worry GloryMum, Dasalo loves bread so she will definitely come back. You quickly go bake nice nice special bread then post here to tempt her. 😉
Hello, I am always here lah... Flower can also answer to your queries, she is also good at baking bread. Honestly, I find her recipe better than mine. :rahrah:

I just wanna keep a low profile, don't wanna post to many pics or comment too much otherwise I become \"How Lien\".

            hi all BM mummies

i stumbled this site cos i wanted to buy a breadmaker. anyone can advise: Kukeri or Breville or Sanyo? or Redman? any recommendations site for 2nd hand BM too? don’t want to invest too much (scare turn into white elephant) & yet like to bake…

No Sanyo unless you don't mind your bread being yellow. I don't think SG carries Sanyo and Breville anymore. Think of after sales service, Breville is still under Kenwood if I'm not wrong. Redman is by Phoon Huat, Kukeri unsure.

Hello everyone... I'm back in action!

A friend found a replacement paddle for my breadmaker. I tried making a batch of sweetbuns yesterday. Taste is okay but need much improvement on skills. the buns were too \"tall\" and the filling was 1/4 at the top... leaving 3/4 plain bread at the bottm 🤷 🤷 Questions for the masters here:
                  1. I made ham and cheese filling and luncheon meat filling. How long do they usually last? 24hrs? or 48hrs?
                  2. I put shredded cheese and pork floss on the top as decoration and to \"mark\" them.... But they ended up being a bit on the darker side... How to avoid this?

                  Thanks in advance!

3 days in the fridge and 1 night in room temp.

                    Can post pics? Thanks

Glorymum, your bread look cute! Remind me of some little cheese bun I saw in one of my favorite blog. The cheese bun is cute & square shape. Thinking of trying this week if I got the time.
