After my misadventure with my old dinosaur breadmachine on Sat, decided to get a new Zoji machine at Tangs today. I got mine at $250 (fortunately had some Tangs rebates to offset the selling price of $318)
Here's my newly baked Fig Honey Bread... sitting pretty and warm in the machine (i used the Quick Cooking function where the baking time is 2hrs)

Here's the bread overturned onto cooling rack (the hole is where the kneading rod holds the bread in place)

Thanks to ksi for reintroducing the machine to us, and to Maid, Autumnbronze, Happy Mama and LKVM for getting us all excited over the breadmachine.

Er... that's because I needed to go for the fastest bake time available. Have not prepared my lessons for tmr yet :oops: So, had to settle for the quick bake functionand you are bold to go for variation.
