      Wow Maid !!! yr bread really look pro man.... :celebrate:

      that's y i said the other time, u can run a bakery business,
      from yr loaves of bread, buns and others, which i have seen. :ugogirl:

                  U're right. That's a certain joy and satisfaction derived from breadmaking. Initially dh was not keen that I get another kitchen gadget. But once we were at Tangs and when I started breadmaking this evening, he got all excited too. He's already made his next request which is the Banana bread.

                  As for dds, both were too excited to go to sleep before the bread was completed.
