      Champion:
      jedamum:

Bought conquar sc p1/p2 for my ds2. He finished it in 3 days. Too simple N really is foundation. Don't think will help in p3 Sc prep. but luckily I waited til sales to buy. For parents looking at p3 sc prep, I suggest janet sim box set n get a guide for Reading together n go library borrow kids books on related topics eg magnets, materials for leisure Reading.

      good morning jedamum :snuggles: :hugs:
I did not get the Conquer Science1/2 for my P1 DD2 but get the following instead 😄

      http://sapgrp.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=476_98_102_115&products_id=325

I like this book as it has a comprehensive spread of 50 exercises divided into the 5 main theme: Diversity, Systems, Cycle, Interactions and Energy  Another pointer is that if P1 DD2 does not understand a certain pointer or question, I will rob DD1 in and look in the question together 😉 So, in one way or another, DD1 is revising her basic concept

      Hi Champion
I didnt know there is science guidebook/assessmt book for P1/P2 until i read this post.. 😄
I was at popular just now but they said this book is out of stock...

Yes, I think this merging should be recent.

I think last year before SA2.I am not sure but I noticed a long time ago.I noticed the author name was not Janet, then I thought "huh? what happened any virus attacted" then I realised " Science Guide books" and "Science Assessment books" merged together.I think that was in PSLE 2011 results out time, we couldn’t access KSP.

Actually, I really see no reason why it was merged with guide books :scratchhead: Guide books not an issue but buying suitable assessment books is the headache. Most of us will go for one title - ULTIMATE SCIENCE.

Yes, I agree. Choosing the assessment books is a real head ache. Wow, if I want to refer back, looks like need to go thro' 200 over pages .
