I just set the limits before posting, so, yes, it is now 640 max width and no limit on length. This is because anything larger may \"warp\" the forum page.

Setting or changing your Avatar remains the same:
Home page -> rightmost navigation bar -> My Account -> Edit -> Choose File

I think the TPL issue has dragged on too long. The Polls are over, she IS elected already. I am no fan of hers for sure, but I think this episode may actually help the residents of MacPherson. She will try her best to do what NS wanted to do. She will want to win them over, win Singapore over.

So even though her calibre as an MP is questionable to most of us, I think it could actually be a good thing, all these criticism during the GE. She can actually use her cluelessness now to work towards helping the needy residents, which is what some of us were advocating for in the first place.
I mean, is MBT or WKS good MPs ? we all know the answers, sometimes length of service does not equate to quality. So, I think she should be given an opportunity now to do some of the MP duties which many many established old guards have forgotten to do.
Personally , I think NS is more compassionate, more heart, but she is not the MP. I hope TPL will work extra hard to try prove the doubtors. Even if she fail to do so, it will benefit many many needy residents due to her trying.

Excellent post. Thanks Strparent. Just a quick reminder that this thread is meant for parents to talk about the issues that they would like their new government to focus on. It should no longer be about who should be in the government because the people have already decided, and no amount of ranting can change this fact for the next half decade.

I totally agree, it's mainly a dose of envy. Let the girl do her job, try to do at least.

Woa..very nice pictures. Is TPH's photo real? Pardon me. The 2 boxes are of different shades of blue even though same brand. And TPH is in white-white too. I wonder if he'll be a white-white man in 2016 election? He's a member of the youth wing right?
