Btw, my DD1 has gone for P1 orientation (Day 1) last month already and will be going for Day 2 this sat. Haha! So exciting! Like I'm going P1 like dat!!!

Chongfu School. The P said he decided to hv 2 separate days cos he said last time with one day, the parents were more concern abt buying books and uniforms than the talks in the hall!
Now with 2 half-days, they can talk more and showcase more to prepare us for primary school life, I guess. Appreciate their effort actually. -

For Day 1, there was a talk abt preparing the child for primary one for parents by an external speaker. The children had classroom activities. For Day 2, there'll b some mass display and performances. The children will go for a school tour while the parents settle admin matters. Then of course there'll b booths for buying books & uniforms and registration for alumni-organized lessons.
The school sent a letter to inform us the programme for Day 2 and it was addressed to DD1. She was so excited abt receiving her own letter that she didn't wanna let go of it!!! -
my son's orientation in end oct...
Did u all prepare him for pri1? I only send him to ICR to strengthen his phonics... Wanna enroll for berries but he rejected.. He says he kws n got learn in CC... So I let it go...dont want to stress him too much...n my pocket too!!

I didn't send my DD to any academic enrichment classes. She only attends a dance class, which she requested for. Hmm...gaffy not kiasu enough. Hee hee!
