Can any parent share how he or she feels about Xishan Primary? My friend just shifted to Yishun and is living next to it. She is thinking of placing her kid there.

Based on history, only those who are >2km in phase 2b need balloting for CF

based on statistics for phase 2b, need to ballot only for more than 2km in chongfu case. strange cos i tot it is a popular school. it could be cos of the no of residential around CF. will this trend continues cos now am staying b/w 1-2km of chongfu

1.Between Yishun Pri and Ahmad Ibrahim Pri, which is overall a better school in terms of conduct, CCA, academic, environment, etc? Some told me YP, while others AIP, totally making me very confused.

2.Could you also share the racial ratio in each school(by each class)?

3.On weekdays me and kid stay with my parents(caretakers) whose within 1 km from the two schools. Though we are also staying within 1 km from Chongfu Pri I dont plan to do PV or join clan, so can I assume its pointless for me to try for Chongfu Pri?

4.Does it mean I have to change my address on my IC to my parents' address in Yishun in order to qualify for Yishun schools? Is it wrong?

5.I thought of going to their schools to have a look at the environment, but will security allow strangers in?

Any other advice will be appreciated. Many thanks.
