And, from the picture of that boy and girl hiding under the table, balloons party ware etc.... don't know how he ended up writing about a fire scene that broke out there.... why not continue with party party party :stupid: :stupid: :stupid:

I just died 3 x after hearing him described what he wrote in his comp... :faint: :faint: :faint:

Hi Maybe your son is very creative and describing the happy ocassion ending up in tragedy.... instead of partying all the way. score point in something different.

Hopefully he did not 离題 lah..... He said he did that before in P5's compo and no problem he scored high, but this is PSLE leh.... :slapshead:

Fetching DD home now. She is eating her lunch. Said was quite like prelim…

I follow SUN’s advice not to ask her too much. Now she is happily having a novel in one hand and enjoying her lunch.

My DS told me that the continuous writing was about a library where you heard a sound that was growing louder and louder. Sounds ‘do-able’. Pray and hope for the best.

What? serious? The teacher is really super kiasu. I won't let my child stay. DD plans to sleep, to read a book, (not textbook) and play table-tennis in the rest of day.

My DS wrote the continuous one but I have a feeling he was out of point. He wrote he was in the library and trapped in the lift??!!!!
I asked him more but he refused to tell me more....saying that English Paper is over and do not want to talk abt it...

Can be if they link it properly to say that it was a joyous occasion marred by or ending in a tragedy. Not sure cos didn't actually see the picture but so long as what was shown in the picture is part of the story should be ok. Don't worry!!!!

My DS said open compre not too bad compare to school prelim. The compre close and sentence synthesis is tricky. Situation writing is abt complimenting a good deed by a student. Hurray- one paper down.
