Thinking ahead for Sec 1, can anyone let me know how the Science is taught in school? Is it Combined Science (as in 1 subject) similar to P6, or considered 3 subjects? Aiyoh, really not familiar with Secondary school curriculum

For some schools, sci is split into 3 different subjects. Eg term one: bio, term 2 : physics, term 3 : chem. -
Herbie:
But is it like modular like of thing? End of term 1, there will be a test/exam and then physics or chemistry next? What about geography, history and literature? Sorry to ask so many questions...I want to prepare son mentally what to expect. How many subjects are there ? Thanks:)ASLMUM:

Yes, after each sci module the students has to a test.
Term 4 test all the 3 modules.
Some sch did term 1 and 2 history and term 3 and 4 geo. To help the kids get used to having 7 subjects. -
