Herbie:
Yo! My gal says that her teacher has informed them to be at sch at 11.30am.MotherHen:
Heard over the radio while in the car just now that students can collect the result slips from 12noon onwards on Thursday. Started to hyperventilate. Hubby asked what is there to worry. after all 生米已煮成熟饭。
DD says that her teacher did not tell them when to report to school. Have just asked her to double check with her classmates. If not, I guess we'll just be in school by 11.30am. It's gonna be a agonizing 3 days.
Yo Herbie!! no news from my dd's school. maybe we are more informed they think...

Hi kay22,I have not been sleeping well too. Woke up at 5 am on a SUNDAY (a day that I normally can sleep late). Anyway, my DD is nervous too, keep telling me not to remind her about it... and also down with a cold, just got it 2 weeks ago and now, caught the virus again)!
But I am glad I came to this forum... a lot of mummies are just like me!
The weather has been very extreme of late...hot and humid in the morn then temperature drop and rain cats and dogs in the afternoon.
Told my mum I\"ll bring daughter to her place this Thur before going to collect results. She keeps forgetting and asked me is it next week....no, this Thursday. Get it over...no more delaying. -
Kay22, gals are more sensible and they are mature than boy. At least she know what is nervous. My DS steady

Yes, girls usually more mature.
When I asked my son how he is feeling, he said, 'there is nothing I can do right?'

In this case, I can take consolation that my DS has matured in some ways. My mom told me that DS said he was afraid and worried! So surprised!

All the best to all psle parents! You all have come a long way!

It is good to bring the younger ones... I brought my 2 younger ones last year... asked them to feel the atmosphere cause they still have a choice to motivate themselves or face the consequences... :boogie:

My younger one is in P2...don't want her to feel the stress and get frightened.
She has seen how gor gor studied this year. I believe she will be matured by then :xedfingers: I have one taking PSLE and son doing O levels in 4 years time...my concentration will be on her as it is her first time taking major exam.
Girl or boy, 2 IS enough. :siam: -
Can you go to sleep on the eve of result announcement?

I can't sleep of late...not bcos of results but that monthly thing gives me this prob. But if I really can't sleep on the eve, I will knock myself out or I'll get migraine.
