So come Aug 21st, all the PRCs will leave Singapore so as to :siam: the curry smell, even if it's just a day trip to JB or Batam?? What a refreshing change in Singapore... even if it's only for a day
:rahrah:
Disagree with this.. My PRC friends and neighbours likes curry.. even fish head curry.. when they intro to their friends, they liked it too.. Althou it is a bit \"hot\" for them.. but they like it.
And, those PRC friends that I know who are PRs integrate to SG culture and got used to malay and indian food.. some even develop a liking for these delicacies.. The PRC family in the news is just.. different case..
Just to add..
They like durians too..

Frankly, I am not against all PRCs, in fact, I have some great PRC friends. Just this particular case, this family who cannot tolerate others' culture happens to be a PRC family. :roll:bebebub:

That said, I am appalled with what the mediator did, to suggest that the Indian family to do away with curry on the table. That is absolute inconsideration and mean. In the first place, such complain should send the one who complain straight for counseling. To report and publish such case boldly on papers...what reactions are the mediation group expect to receive? They think that was a great job done? -

Hahaha...the date not set by me. Different dates? Nevermind, I can eat curry for meals. :rotflmao:

2 suggestions:
1. all participants wear a special-designed T shirt that says: I cook curry everynight
2. Special dessert after curry session: all things durian - whole fruit, puff, pancakes, cakes , ice cream
May the yummy curry and durian smell permeates the entire island :celebrate: -
