Register for tuition class also stress...

Today is the 1st day for new registration. Went late (cos forgot about it), reached 1pm (center open at 11am). Ended up most slots were taken :sad:

Heard there was already a queue when they open for business today :siao:

actually i thought the registratin is next monday! see how unkiasu we both are? lol. i called them to check for vacancies and the admin sounded impatient and did not want to reveal to me the current class size, only said that max is 15.

rethinking my options if i should take up ICL weekdays (at least i know i can rreach them faster as ds1 is there) instead and bear with the inconvenience (MS is more convenient to get to sch then ICL via bus).

Any comments on The Sembawang branch? Especially for English teachers.

My DS will be in P1 next year. Can any one comment on how far the writers toolbox course will help for a primary 1 kid? Do they really need to start at this level?

Advise you to go Bishan Mindstretcher branch which is their HQ. Sembawang branch is franchised out. Worksheets are all the same but under different management. You go to Bishan Mindstretcher branch and Sembawang Mindstretcher branch do a comparison and look at the classrooms. Bishan Minstretcher is very big and has toilets in their centre. Customer Service provided at Bishan MS is also better. If the price is the same, why not go for the best branch - HQ.

How is Bishan the Maths tuition?

I found out from Bishan Mindstretcher HQ. You can call to verify with them if the centre is franchise or not. All the centres have the same worksheets, but what set them apart are the customer service's attitude. I'm beginning to realise that Just Education is providing better customer service than Mindstretcher. Just give a call to enquire and you know what I mean. I think it's time to change tuition provider if the centre can't provide good customer service.

Care to share what do you mean by customer service which is no good by Mindstretcher? I am also trying to compare between Mind Stretcher & Just Education.
