For question 2, its , Joe bought some chocolates and gave half to Ken. Ken bought some sweets and gave half to Joe.This is strictly from memory and the names may be incorrect. I cannot guarantee the info from my DH's memory is absolutely correct but for those who are interested, these are the qns:
1. Mei and Lin were in a bicycle race. Mei was travelling at a constant speed of 20km/hr and they both did not change their speed. When Lin completed half the race, Mei was 3.5km ahead. Mei completed the race at 10.45am
What time did Lin complete the race?
2. Joe bot some chocolates and gave some to Ken. Ken bot some sweets and gave some to Joe.
Joe ate 12 sweets and Ken ate 18 chocolates. The ratio of sweets to chocolates Joe had became 1:7 and the ratio of sweets to chocolates Ken had became 1:4.
How many sweets did Ken buy?

Paper 1 was quite difficult, Paper 2 , beginning was ok, ending really diff. Left out the last question.

parent135,
are you 2 years older than the P6s? Have you already learned way beyond the P6s? -
not a fair competition if it is true that they are 1.5 yrs older.
However, if take the same age, they would still find our maths easy as their maths are much more difficult. -

Why donβt all the P6 parents just ignore parent135 posting? Just concentrate on tomorrow paper.
