A coin box contained some $0.20 cent & $0.50 cent coins in the ratio of 4 : 5. When 16 $0.50 cent coins were taken out and replaced by some $0.20 cent coins, the ratio then became 8 : 7. The total value of the $0.20 cent coins added was the same as the total value of the $0.50 cent coins taken out. Find the sum of money in the coins box . 😢

          SP at shop B is (0.9 x 1000) -300 =$600

                1:

ABCD is parrellelogram and its area is given to be 41.6 cm2. If AD = 5.9 cm, AB = 10 cm, Angle DAB = 45 Degree and BE is an arc of a circle with centre A and BF is an arc of a circle with centre C, find the area of the shaded regions.

                  2:

In the diagram, ABC is an equilateral triangle.
The height of the triangle is CD = AE and AD = DB = BE = EC = 4 cm.
O is the centre of the circle with radius 2.31 cm and the area of the sector ODE is 1/3 the area of the circle. Find the area of the shaded region, correct to 2 decimal places.

                    3.

A container filled with some water shown in Figure 1 below has a rectangular base area of 10.4 cm2. Figure 2 shows the same container being turned upside down.
                    (a) Find the capacity of the container in cm3, correct to 2 decimal places.
                    (b) If the water in the container is transferred to another cube-shaped container of capacity 90 cm3, find the height of the water level in the cube-shaped container.
