I also got 2 letters.
Apparently, some send out 2 letters;
Some put all the info in one letter.

Sch Never Make Known Ranking, Say No Good for Morale of Kids ....
But The Kids R Still Ranked Anyway!

But we'll know when we get / do not get the Edusave scholarship letters.
Despite not being in top 10% at prelims, your DD has done you proud at PSLE.
