Smartiemommy, I can see you posting in a few threads and you seem very worried. I have not done any appeal before, but have heard the procedure from fren.


You can call Temasek tomorrow and find out about what info they need from you for appeal process. After you have received the S1 posting results on Wed, you can proceed to Temasek (if you have not gotten that choice), and put in the appeal form with all the info they need. You will still need to report to your S1 posting school on 22 Dec, but you may not want to buy the uniform and books. Once you get the appeal results, assuming you are successful, you will collect the letter and you need to withdraw from the school you are posted to (get the school to sign the letter) and return to the new school. If unsuccessful, just proceed to S1 posted school to buy uniform and books.

I supposed you can only wait till about 29 Dec. By then, if you do not hear from Temasek, you need to call them to find out outcome. Latest you need to get uniform and books by 30 Dec to be in time for sch reopen in 2012. I've heard of cases whereby they only knew appeal results in early Jan. They happily moved to appealed sch and giveaway all the new textbooks and uniforms from the other sch - a waste but no choice lor!

I think both r acceptable as long as u wear ur uniform or u may call the cc during the office hr if u worry . The contact has stated in the letter .
