Went to Logos Hope. Ok, my review: go for the experience. Quite nice to walk up a ship to shop. The interior decor nice and comfy - some play area and little entertainment for kids, bookstore and cafe. Crew very helpful and even chat with customer to share their experience (they travel round the world, this guy said he has been travelling for 2 years liao) and understand Singapore’s lifestyle, etc. Books all priced in units - 100 units = SGD$4, ranging from 50units to 400units. Just a gauge: Enid Blyton’s Island / Castle mystery paperback cost $6. Cheaper than outside bookstore. However, variety limited - not many of those adult / teens popular fiction / non-fiction. More Christian books and young kids’ books.

As I said: go for the experience. If you go with intention to come back with loads of books, not likely if you are looking for those teens popular type.

The last time I went (few years back), it was so....so....so crowded that we could hardly move an inch. Was it still as crowded?

Considered crowded for a weekday but not too bad. I supposed the weekend crowd can be worse.

                      Just watched "Wicked".

Very interesting plot - totally expected!

Glinda the Good witch has a beautiful and clear voice. When she sang the first song, goosebumps actually erupted up my arms. Yup, that good!

Lots of witty dialogues, some even injected into the songs. Got to listen intently though cos the music at certain parts were too loud; drowned out the singing.

The entire musical is 3 hours long, including 15 min of interval. Literally sat until buttocks ached!

Overall, still worth watching if one is into musicals.
