Ha ha, so true... I also have a whole list of what-to-eat, after feasting always feel so guilty... funny thing is when I weight, the reading remain the same, but my favourite pair of jeans tells a different story, I have to really breeeeeaaaaath in to pull up the zip :slapshead:
