The Write Place @Woodlands is the 2nd centre. Just happened to pass by the one @JE last Sunday. It was stated on the notice board that the enrolment for P2 to P6 was full for 2009. According to the person-in-charge, it seemed that the lower level students(e.g. K2,P1) will eventually moved up to fill the places of those in the upper level. Thus, the chances of getting in when one is in the upper level is slim. It's better to register the kid when they are in only K1.
I've checked with the owners. They HAVE NOT opened any other centre. The one and only The Write Place by Mexxi Three is located at Jurong East. -
Well, anyone else has any other recommendations besides the Write Place? I’m desperately looking for a creative writing class for my P4 son too… anyone has any experience / info about mind stretcher learning centre?

Hi mumto2,
I must have made a mistake.
I can’t remember which website that I’ve read about it. It has a similar name and is located in Woodlands. It’s written there as the ‘2nd centre’. Maybe, you’ve to alert Ms Liza Tan about this. There was a parent (Snowz) who also mentioned this.(if I’m not wrong) -

I would like to find out if there are any programmes which can help my gal improve her writing skills. She is not too bad, but i noticed it is usually her composition that has pulled her english grades down. She is in P4 and averages 85. Thanks. -

Just to clarify, when I tried to search the website for 'The Write Place' after reading one of the treads here, I could not find it. The one appeared was 'The Writer's Place' at Woodlands, so I thought there must be some typo errors. 'The Write Place' is indeed at Jurong East as I just called them a few days ago. :oops:Hi mumto2,

4) Planet A Star : ds attends the programme conducted in a condo in Bukit Timah only during school holidays. The teacher, Rosalind (spelling?), speaks English very well and has published a number of assessment books on this subject. She teaches all the students personally.
