Any idea how much time require to settle the withdrawal to the point of application in school B. EG. if closing for application school B is 5pm. How much time should I allow for the withdrawal and application take place?

Yes, withdrawal from School A and application with School B can take place on the same day. Hence, monitor the situation till the last day of P2B before you decide.

If there is no queue, the withdrawal process should not take more than 5 minutes.

Registration typically ends at 4.30 pm. To be on the safe side, you may want to station two adults at the two schools. The adult in School A handles the withdrawal, calls the adult handling the registration in School B. Once the withdrawal is done, the adult in School B immediately makes the application.

What do we need to produce for the withdrawal besides the withdrawal letter?

Is there withdrawal letter given by school A or we have to draft own
withdrawal letter? In the case that we have to produce self prepared letter,
what should be mentioned in the letter? Is there any sample draft for reference?
Is it correct that we can authorise relatives to settle the withdrawal from school A?

If you are authorising relatives to withdraw on your behalf, you need the authorisation letter. You don't need any original documents to withdraw from School A.

Sorry, can't comment on this because I have never been through the withdrawal process. However, my take is that a form would be provided by the school. Imagine if there are different formats for different applicants (because they are self-drafted?), wouldn't it be troublesome for the schools/MOE?

of school A, I will check with them by then.
I guess as much that school should have their
own withdrawal form too.

If u r staying at blk 347-367 then u forget abt NHPS as u r staying within 2km. Maybe can try Clementi PS as last year balloting within 2km. If fail then go to PTPS in P2C Supp as there r still hv vacancy even in Phase 3.
