          RJC will give DSA for sport man who has a particular skill set that none of their players have… this has been done before

            yes you are right. However, it is also important to make sure that the student is fairly strong from an academic standpoint too, if not he/she will struggle later on in JC.

                If you attended interviews in June, RJC has responded and i think HCI is in the process of reverting. 😄

                  I went for HCI DSA(Leadership) my friend is DSA(Academics)

                    Don't be discouraged about HCI, work hard and ace your O levels and you can get into any JC that you want. I know of someone who did that and he is now doing extremely well in a top JC. Incidentally, his classmate who DSA into the same top JC is struggling to keep up. So just press on and do your best!
