How come no one going to Seng Kang Primary School?

Because most people within 1km have choices.
They will either flock to Nan Chiau (to the west) or Rivervale (to the east), creating this gap in the centre.

Hi everyone,

I am a long time lurker and my first time posting.

My kid was not successful in the ballot for Hougang Primary which is just three blocks away from my home and it is unfortunate. :stupid:

I am now looking at Palm View Primary which is between 1km and 2km for me. From what I had seen for 2017 statistics, it should be safe. Do anyone have the statistics for 2018 applications?
