Hi parents,


I am going to register for my elder son for P1 this year, my first choice is Seng Kang Green (<1km), given the fact that SKG is over subscribed heavily last year (need to ballot even stay within 1km). I'd need to have a backup plan. Below are the backup schools I shortlisted (based on past year result, should still have vacancy for 2C supp). Can parents here give me your thoughts about the schools and if you were me how would you set the back up priority? Thanks for your advice， much appreciated.

Fernvale primary school (<1km)
Palm View primary school (>1km, <2km)
Springdale primary school (>1km, <2km)
Anchor Green primary school(>1km, <2km)
Seng Kang primary school (>2km)

My boy will be registering for Phase 1 @ SKGPS. Regarding alternative plans, I would definitely go for Springdale or Palm View. Fernvale Pri will never be an option for me.

How abt you guys? [/quote]We aren't sure yet. We are trying to avoid all the schools that have higher chance of being balloted out .
I am very disappointed with the result and I can't seem to rest.
What's your plan? Shall we keep in touch via mobile . If you are comfortable . I live in 445a.
Fernvale is OUT. Springdale and ANCHORGREEN have such high chance of being balloted out too.
What's your option? I'm still looking for information on North Spring and North Vista.

Me too just less than 5mins away...so disappointed...for now I've registered for Fernvale after much consideration...but will still have to ballot as it has been oversubscribed as of yesterday... :roll:
