Hi parents. Guess ur kids must be in pri 2 this yr. anything or tips to share w us?


I'm considering to sign up my girl for her pri1 on 2015. Though I'm a grl, I really doesn't want to feel the stress n disappointment in balloting.

Does pri 1 need to enrol for cca? I saw the enrichment programmes on their website. It is expensive? Effective?

With regards to the transport arrangement for the enrichment classes, the school is 'in talk' with the school bus operator for possible arrangement.
For those parents who are interested, please register your interest with the school bus operator. They'll need to have certain number of students to make the deal commercially visible.

CCA only starts when they're in P3.
Springdale is rather a new school still. There isn't any CCA set up yet as far as I know.
The Enrichment classes are not compulsory. I can't remember the cost though. They have more variety of enrichment classes this year as compared to the first year. No idea abt the effectiveness, din't sign up any class for my dd last year due to transport arrangement.

Thx for the update. I just call Ms Jane at 64822568 (Transport Services) and she told me nobody has registered at the moment. (do u wan to check with her again?)
She need at least 20 students in order to provide the transport.
Parents, please registered your kids if require.

We will be sending my son for term3 enrichment but if there will be a transport we might also consider term2 class.
So will just call the bus operator to register? Do they have the rate already?

As far as I know, they do not have the rate set yet.
I think they're trying to have interest checks to make a Go/No Go decision.

There’s a phototaking on the 24 Jan 2014 in school uniform(no need to bring PE attire as per sch website)for P1 & P2.
Is this for the school id?

Long Lim said school is not making arrangements with them at all.

Apparently not, as stated on the memo. Parents have to arrange alternative to pick up child.

Really? Inform the form teacher or call up the school general office?
Have yet to see any info pertaining to the transport arrangement for the enrichment classes.
I've this issue when he was in P1 last year hence I did not let him join any enrichment classes.
