Yes, if you are able to find the report book for School A. -
What if cannot find Sch A report book but Sch B report book stated that child transferred from Sch A at P2? Would Sch A accept that?

Not sure about this. Perhaps you should call up School A to find out. -

The safest thing to do is call School A for reply. If School A says your child can enjoy priority, then ask for name of person...pref someone who has authority. -

Alumni will register under P2A1.
If not alumni, also can register under P2A2 -
