I mean will suggest that if u can get hold of past registration data, add up all the registration numbers from phase1 to 3 n compare against total vacancies in all the schools in your district to see if u will at least get into any nearby sch in case u fail in p2cs ballot . But take these statistics as guide only as the change in registration priori may have cause some unexpected results .

Yes, you may withdraw and re-apply on the last day of P2C. The actual withdrawing doesn't take long. However, please bear in mind that many parents will be doing what you are doing, so expect a long queue, especially towards the closing time on the third day of registration.

Anyone knows when would phase 1A (sibling phase - I hope I got the phase right) commence? We’ve submitted the form for DD (brought back from DS’ school) last month together with the birth certs, immunisations, etc, but I thought P1 registration only starts in June/July? Do we have to re-submit the documents/forms during that period, or are we considered done in terms of the registration? Thanks ahead for any clarifications anyone could provide.

When the actual P1 registration starts, you will receive, via your elder child, the formal registration form (the one with carbon copies) from the school. Fill in the form and ask your elder child to submit to the school. The form that you mentioned is something like an \"expression of interest\". The form that you will receive is the formal application. However, as you have already submitted the necessary documents to the school, you need not submit these documents again.

Phase 1 will start on 03 Jul 2012.
