actually,i am in dilemma. If he quits his job,he could help me to run errands n teach the kiddo,so i could focus in hsework n cooking.
Cannot talk him out of it? Luckily mine has stopped telling me that he wants to quit.
But he'll bring me prob ...MIL consistent calls...Now I've used to enjoying peace n quiet.Imagine his phone keeps ringing non stop.He has to go outside of the hse to answer the phone while teaching the children. He doesn't wanna MIL knows he has quit. Why? My MIL will make him run 100x errands until he has no time for himself.Being a filial son,he doesn't know how to reject n MIL is those super thick skinned n inconsiderate type.
he has valid reason to quit.we r planning for migration n there r lots of procedures to do. -
When my husband was on sabbatical leave, it was war zone at home.
He did numerous checks on the maid, me and everyone everything in the house. He was constantly in the kitchen, in the fridge, in the storeroom, in our face.
We do things our way for our own convenience cos we are the one using or doing things but no...our friend wanted things done, put, wash, clean his way...and his way is the best way.
Even buying a box of soya milk can be a war trigger.
While I am always supportive of his decision to be a sahd, the constant a step behind me to catch my mistakes is
Now we are staying with his sister for a short period, he got :nunchuk: from her when he tried it on her...my hero, my sil  -

Actually sometimes I'm also :nailbite: :scared: when hubby takes leave. If he is in those moods or nothing much to do, he'll be scrutinizing everything & trying to 'improve' things to suit his way :faint:
But DH also have a 克星 at home. MIL & him sometimes will go changing each others' stuff. DH will change the way I hang the clothes out to dry, and MIL will change his.
For me, as long as I get it out to sun & dry, I won't bother wasting extra time to rearrange. They both can have fun.
