Tho I not fretting over S1, whatever I'm fretting over sure is trivial when compared. Yes, we do need to take a step back & count our blessings.
Yah, fretting over which CO to accept is certainly very headache. Muahaha!

I don't think I'll be able to display the kind of courage that she exhibits. Puts all my niggling worries into perspective.

Some of the best things in the world are still free…

Sunshine, breeze, rain, snow, love, compassion…

People are not thankful for what life has offered them simply because they cruise through life without having experienced the fragility of it.

There are those who wish they can turn back the clock and appreciate simple joys after being hit by life’s harshest realities…
Looking at some happenings around me just remind me about counting my blessings.

yesterday, on the bus, i overheard someone talking quite loudly behind me. Though i didn’t turn around, I can vaguely hear that this women is talking about education. The women talked quite professionally, advising someone about how to go about doing well in their studies etc… As the bus reached a bus stop where a lot of people alighted, the bus became quite empty, so i moved behind and happen to sit just in front of this lady, who continued her ā€˜lecture’. Then, lo and behold, she moved to sit in front of me, and continue talking. I was wondering who she was talking to. But there’s nobody sitting next to her, and she was not on the phone or handsfree… but she continue talking and looking beside her. Then she alighted from the bus. I continue to look at her and realise that she was talking to herself… so eerrie… but so sad…

and i dawned on me… to be thankful that i’m of sound mind…

I am thankful to be living in a country where lives are precious…our kids have education…guns are not easily available. There is peace.
