I wonder how is this 3rd language programme funded? It seems like alot of students drop out along the way and I am sure any national programme like this was planned on a budget which relies on economy of scale. Does it mean that the programe becomes more \"expensive\" subsequently on a per student basis?

Sorry, just saw this thread. Me no expert in avatars, don't listen to VitoRelax! He likes to talk rubbish to push up his posts! :lol:
Anyway, I refreshed my screen and saw a cockroach as your avatar, though a static one. Ask Vito to help you make the cockroach move! He is the real expert! :evil:
