Upon balloting, not successful, put yr name in the waiting list. They will call up most probably when the child is at end P2.

Will the school do not accept my registration if the it has met the quota. I thought it should determined by distance, < 1 km more chance instead of the division of GRC? Anybody can advise? Thanks.

Your example, based on current P1 registration rules, means that the child qualifies under P2A.

In your earlier example, it was P2A. So far, we have not witnessed balloting in P2A. Should there be balloting in P2A, distance would come into play.

Distance comes into play for ALL phases, except Phase 1, so long as there is balloting.
