may be different sch different style in handling PV. My kid’s sch, those successful PVs are allowed to exit so as to give the vacancy to new batch of PVs. Only capped at 30. Phase 2B vacancy usually around 50 there about every year. At least the principal gives an allowance for GRLs to enter.

Hello all, I am pretty new here.

I understand that the school needs to be in the same constituency as where I stay. If the property I newly purchased is under construction the point of the phase 2b application, does that matter? My current property is outside the constituency of school, and I am registering my dd in 2013, and the TOP is in 2014.

        Thanks

        Thanks!

If you are registering in 2013, you are too late for the GRL route.

            Daddy 😧
Do volunteer work after-office hours... No one appreciates

Organize events... No residents turn up
Go for block visits... Residents complain RC never do work
GE... People say GRLs are politically motivated
Get P2B... Say got ulterior motive
Want to MIA and spend time with family... Say unethical...

            Hard to please leh... :siam:
Organize events and have to go door-to-door to sell ticket like a saleman, \"convincing\" residents to buy.

Best of all, got annual KPIs to achieve even though we are just volunteers

Hello: I am already an active community leader within a CDC which doesnt need me to be serving in the same constituency. So, where i stay at the point of application will automatically allow me to qualify for phase 2B for that constituency. The thing is the property I am purchasing is under construction, so I am not sure whether the new property purchase qualifie

Based on the definition by PA below, are you currently serving as a councillor in the CDC and for at least 1 year already?

                      Phase 2B Eligibility
Please note that only the following are eligible to apply under the Scheme:

                      (a) Grassroots Advisers;

                      (b) CDC District Councillors who have completed at least one year of continuous service immediately prior to their application; and

                      (c) Members of CCC, CCMC, RC and NC who have completed at least one year of continuous service immediately prior to their application.

This is interesting, what is CDC councillors do?

Phase 2B only based on the IC address right?

seems CDC is better compare to RC. CDC deals with more professional people, am I right? they understand PA rules and accept changes.

One comment from an internal auditor said that PA auditors can be challenge, no need to follow their advise.
