It's highly unlikely firstcruch can make it as he/she needs to be an EM on/before 30 Jun 2013 (exact 1 year to 30 Jun 2014 - the year of P1 registration). From registering with PA to be come EM, needs to set aside at least 1 year to be safe.phtthp:

There is a member whose IC add had changed to another GRC. The background of that person, he/she still keeps his/her HDB flat, moves to a private house. His/her child just accepted in P1 near his/her current private house.
How can we tell this person to get out of the committee? There is a long queue of observers in the committee.
This person didn’t have the gut to tell us that he had changed his IC add to the private house. Even CO and CD knew also no action. Which is the correct channel in PA HQ? -

Why would this person then want to continue to stay in the RC? Wouldn't this person eager to quit since his/her child has entered another pri sch elsewhere? Is this person still active in the committee? That person can join another GRC right? why is he still holding on to our GRC here? we are not sacking people, but at least give the seat to other active observers.

Even though that person rented out his HDB flat and moved to a private house. IC address also changed to the private house.
Any reason? perhaps he is interested in this pretty lady. -
