may i check if we do Grass roots in the GRC of the school we want to apply for under the RC of our current address, but eventually we will move to within 1 km of the school that we want to apply for next year, and the new address is within the same GRC but of course , no longer part of the RC that we were serving at — can we use the letter given to apply at phase 2B?
