i warm the oven toaster first for 5mins… after that heat the egg tarts for about 2mins, 2 to 3 egg tarts at a time… no the eggs wun dry up… outside crispy and inside soft…
very hungry now… drooling… -

Wrap tight in foil paper before toasting...then last few min, open foil to toast for pastry to be crisp...but must monitor or else egg will get burnt. -

janet, u can try puting nutella yourself...

oh so tong heng is not portugeese tarts? cannot bake too long in the oven… like what janet said, put a piece of foil over the tarts first… -
