Vow, Ai Tong moving? Is this true…how did you learnt about the news? Usually the MOE would announce and I guess they will have to locate a new site if they plan to move and construction of new premises would take at least 18 months…


The building and environment is condusive for the students. Hope they won’t move.

Do you think they will really move, many students will be affected…where are you staying now?

hi, i heard fr studnet in ats say. the sch is going to build a 8 storey buliding. and so they will be moving to a holding sch for like 2yr. Hope wat i hear is not true.hahaha. 8 floor how to climb up and down.sigh

i live quite near, have been walking to ATS with kiddo once in a while, and notice the school compound is quite small.

of course it's not so much a cause for concern (it's afterall a SAP school!)

does anyone know if ATS is strong in any sports or CCAs?

ATS is strong in their valleyball, tablet tennis, chinese dance and wushu. My boy graduated last year.

Coz we are thinking of shifting nearer to Aitong to get a better chance of enrolling our sons.

There is a possibility that they move to a temporary location and upgrade the current premises at Bishan. After 2 years, I guess, they would move back…Not sure if they will locate to a totally new site…

I heard about this from a friend although the person cannot be sure as well. But I did see a post earlier on the same topic so I thought "no smoke without fire".

We am now staying in the North but my mum stays in Thomson. We intend to use our parent’s address as they are the caregiver for my girl and we expect that she will still be holding up at their place after school as well.

I am not so sure about the area right now with the construction of the light industrial building.

hi, not sure how true is it, news come fr also Parent group. and there are many many which is as high as 6 storey. so i'm not surprise if ats do that, if not i think there current land is really very small.

Assuming the students move to a temporary premises for 2 years. Would anyone know if the 1 or 2km distance applies to current premises or the temporary premises?
