You can't miss the 24 hours Bishan north NTUC supermarket if you are coming in from the CH Primary gate. There is a small field in front of it where residents play some 'wood ball' game. :offtopic: , what's the correct name of that sport...anybody?

Oh, is it there? I thot there's a coffeeshop there. I was wandering around there this morning bc my son's playschool is there but I guess that was the only direction I didn't walk.

wat a day! charming sight to see so many baby faced P1s in their serious-looking uniforms… and the P5 buddies did such a wonderful job… everyone was so well behaved… some funny moments such as seeing a maid go after a P1 tucking in his shirt for him while he walked on oblivious… and the dad with this super long zoom lens professional camera… and a big P1 kid buddied with a small P5 boy… 😎

Huh? Over one holiday and so many changes happening around that area? I used to makan at that coffee shop when I \"collect\" my boy after his CCA! :?

Yeah, great to see them in serious-looking uniforms! They look even better with the school ties on for Mondays. 🙂 But very funny too, when they have their shirts slowly crawling out of their pants as the hours go by, coz they still don't know how to tuck it back in themselves yet!

                Enjoy! :celebrate:

Regarding CCA, what happens if a boy doesn’t have any CCA by end of P2?

Or simply, what happens when he doesn’t join any CCA?

My son has been offered Choir but he doesn’t like to sing.

Hi, I just get to know that Chinese orchestra practice is twice a week, with two n half hours for each session. Do the rest of the CCA also have such heavy schedule?

Heavy meh? It's sectionals plus orchestral practice as well.

My boy P1 this year so probably I am quite out of touch with academic n cca developments. The schools now may have placed greater emphasis in cca. I remember during my time, we only need to attend eca once a week
