The school bus do cater to those students that require to stay back in the afternoon. You just have to pay like $30 to $50 extra for the transportation. Therefore solved your problems.

I did call the school. The school clerk said about 12 noon to 1pm. You definitely have to take leave. Your child must be there too.

For CHIJ Kellock, you buy uniform and school books on a different day. Not on orientation day.
The school will send a letter to inform you about which day to buy uniform and school books.
