When i found out that there is really a test for MT today, i asked her about Maths and she didn't say anything. Perhaps for maths, it's really a surprise.

BTW, do you revise work regulary with your child?
Sometimes, I am tired and so is DS . Besides, he also lazy ask him to do work..say stomachache, need to go toilet, hungry, thirsty....excuses are endless...

I asked my DD about her MT test and she told me Mdm Wong postponed it to next week.

Actually, i think such surprise tests are good. It keeps us on our toes all the time.

Yah..postpone to next Monday for 2C. But then again my friend said her son in 2B will have it in week 8. Aiyah....:(

Yes and No. At least the kids have to work/revise consistently- no longer on HONEYMOON. :imcool: :imanisland: But stressful for us parents...imagine we have to be 'Ballerinas'...haaa...haaaaa....

I suppose yesterday's notification somewhat keep us from guessing when the tests will be. 😎

I agreed except that it is a 2 weeks period where we have to be on the toes all the time until we know that the tests are over.

Two weeks better than no hint at all when the tests will take place, right? Imagine going home one day, and hear from your child that he just had his test. :faint: , right? πŸ˜‰

True also but now that the weightage is equally spread out, it means that we will have \"exam- like\" revision every term unlike last year, only once a year.

I suppose most parents prefer this, right? Better than what we experienced last year, right? Blissfulmum will have a tough time. It will be 70% in SA2 for both her sons. :faint:
