          ctct61t:
My DD was in this program when she was P1. My DD is always over-weight since she was born. I liked this program, instead of chit chat with others, she has to be running during recess time at that period.

Did she lose some of the baby fat this way? BTW, do you really pack sandwiches/fruits for them? With the hot afternoons, it would be difficult to pack lunchboxes and the fruits you can give are limited. I am not keen to cut fruits and let him bring to school as it will be 'infested' with bacteria by then. Any recommendations

My DD was back to accept weight since P2. I pack a small box milk and some fruits for her afternoon break, but most of time, she did not eat.

 So, Health & Wellness Program is the new name for TAF Club? ๐Ÿ˜‰

[Thank you for sharing. Actually , I am secretly very happy that he is joining the program...because i have been trying to make him lose weight to no avail ( giving him less food and exercising more). You know when you stay with you in laws they tend to feed the kids saying you dont give them enough ...how can they grow????? It has been my constant struggle with them.

My husband has been giving our boy less food to slim him down before he gets called up to the TAF Club.

Your DS is so lucky! Well I think it is good for my DS, at least he now knows that I m not telling 'lies'/kidding about him being fat n needed to lose weight. ๐Ÿ˜Ž

He has started to cut down his food intake during recess as he comes back w spare change in his wallet...ha...ha...well it is good start. I do hope that he will give the canteen food a miss during recess n exercise more.

Preggie, the subscription fee is $14.80, not $4.80.....

                        Hi Jen!

Our boys will be having their Chinese unit review this coming Thursday. For your information, in case your boy hasnโ€™t told you.
