Just like to let everyone know,My Pals homework book is available from the bookshop now.Just bought it today.Each book cost $5.85,just in case some of you want to pass the money to you kid to buy it.

My second child going P1 next year. Maths not that fantastic. My pals will be better. Discover Maths is harder. Just that DS1 Discover Maths P1 text a waste. Never touch before. :moneyflies:

Can Check is it complusory to login Ask n Learn? Or Is it just a platform for enrichment provided to the students? it seems to me that there are a lot of assessment for the kids to do... Just wondering, what if some do not have easy access to the computer? Thanks

During some of the days that the children stay home (later on in the year, normally during holidays or marking days etc), they will need to conplete some activities via Ask N Learn. It’s web-based login so you can also access it from public places like library if there is no computer at home, if I am not mistaken. I use the laptop for my son to login, and he does it only when I am at home. Otherwise he does not have access to a laptop/computer.


If the child does not have easy access, best to raise it with the form teacher. I’m sure some arrangement can be worked out.

Hi mommies


Regarding their school uniforms, did anyone try to remove the name tag on the blouse?
I sewed mine on but since I have been ironing them, I think they may have been stuck on by now. I need to pass on the uniforms but not sure if the tags can be removed.

Been wondering if metal pin on tags are better…

Any advise?

I have try removing the name tag before.Yes,it can be done.But the only problem, is that the will be a marking make from the stitches. .
