I was being quoted $90(Bukit Panjang to HPPS) under Bus 18 but I forgot to ask whether this rate is based on one-way or two-ways. Driver advised pick-up time around 11.15am but to be re-confirmed.

To avoid the crowd on 05 & 12 Nov, I have headed down to Bibi & Baba at Shaw Centre to purchase the uniforms for my DS. The shop staff told me to get one pc of gym shorts for the Gymnastics Programme. I was being advised that the name tag colour will be in brown for Year 2012.

          Dadelina,
Ur kid taking bus no 35?
My son used to take that, like the uncle very friendly. ๐Ÿ™‚
I called and according to the uncle (on the phone sounded quite friendly) dd will be taking bus no. 16 cos 35 goes to Taman Jurong too. Whereas bus no.16, straight to Jurong West, Nanyang area.

on the pick-up time, he mentioned 11.30am. But to be confirmed in december.

            GPTeacher,

Plan C, wahโ€ฆ housing are rather pricey there.

Since I became a SAHM in Jun, I am using plan B - bus, mrt and bus to fetch my boy from sch. Before that he was taking sch bus and on 2 days for CCAs he would return home around 7:30pm. Very ke lian to be away from home from 6am - 7:30pm. Then during the earlier 1/2 half of the year we missed out some sch activities planned for him due to no one fetch him home after sch activities.

                just888,

We have been exploring the shift since last year but like what you said, the prices kept rising. So, we are exploring rental first and wait for price to fall before purchasing.

Else, it'll be really ke lian for a young child to endure the hours of journey to and fro school. However, it's good that the circle line is up cos I believe it'll be a more bearable journey for us ๐Ÿ™‚

Does anyone know about the Dance Club CCA in HPPS? What kind of dance will the children be taking part in?

Thanks just888. But I saw another CCA which is Chinese Dance for P3 to 6. Wonder what's the difference?

As for the name tags, we can only order from the school bookshop? Is it anytime from now?
