Hi, Thank you for your update.

I am stay in Choa Chu Kang Area.

Wish school will take some actions!

Currently, I cancel the School bus and let my son ( P5 in the year 2013) come back home by Public Transport.

      Hi yshuang,

I had called the school and also feedback to HPPA. I believe that you are staying around the school. As the previous bus operator decided not to work with the Main Con very late, the current Main Con has to re-schedule the bus services.

HPPS mentioned that they will monitor for 2 weeks and advise again.

My bus service is 45 min late as compared to 2012. I am staying just 15min drive away from school.

      Keep the feedback coming in.

      Thanks

Just a feedback, we are staying in the far west side - jurong.

Previously there isn’t any sch bus service after CCA, hence my kid would need to wait for the afternoon session to end and come back home with them.

Public transport at HPPS temperory campus is very poor ( only bus No. 92 is available).

Wish the school can move back the its original loaction ASAP, public transport will be much better.

Also , there is a student care centre in the new campus as planned ( if i am not wrong).

            Hi yshuang

I will speak to the school again on Monday. Chua Chu Kang is a new problem that was not highlighted during the discussion.

While the school should be back by the 3rd term this year, we hope that the school bus service will improve.

            Thanks for the feedback.

Let’s hope for a better tomorrow.

Hi, DS is in P4 this year and we drop off at Jurong East. We only take school bus 1 way home and stay back after school at least 3 days a week. After 1 week of taking the new school bus, I like to feedback as follows:

              1. Drop off is at least 15min is later now.
              2. There are less after school bus timings for CCA, only 3.30pm and 5pm now. Used to be almost every hour after school for CCA.
              3. NO reduction in school bus fare. Still the same fare for normal school and after school CCA.

I do not understand the rationale of change of the school bus provider given no change in bus fare and worse off service. :scratchhead:

May I suggest the after school bus timings for CCA to revise to 3.15pm, 4.15pm and 5.15pm. For parents with kids that need to stay back after school and taking school bus, please kindly share on your views on current after school bus timings.

                  Hi, Kiatkhim,

Sure, it seems the school bus services are worse than last year. :faint:

One way cost is relative higher ( 80% percent of 2 way cost?), you should pay extra for after CCA. Is it right?

I have suggested whether we can pay one way ( from school to home) cost and can take all back home school bus, however, it was rejected.

I canceled the school bus for my DS ( P5 in 2013) now.

Wish school will take some actions.

Hi, I bought two HPPS skirts (size 2XS) that turned out to be too small for my daughter. Would anyone be interested?

We just got into p5 this year and the transport is a nightmare. We have stay back three days and the bus is unable to take us back. We live at Newton road. Anyone interested in share cab or car pool. I am devastated . The bus driver for him to send my child back he have to charge additional $10 per trip and NI guarantee how long it takes to get home.
