But if DD does get caught, then we will take the opportunity to complain that

We did consider approaching the school about it, but guess the situation is not urgent enough to warrant that move.
Shanghai Uniform is the new supplier. They started providing uniform to nyps this year...maybe because the new P liked their service when she was in NHPS? -

They just changed suppliers last year, and I believe the contract is for 3 years. So there will not be a change. Anyway, the previous supplier (United uniforms) was just as bad with stocks. always out of stock!
Shanghai gets the uniforms from Vietnam, according to the boss, hence always \"at sea\"! -
Who supplies the name tags and misc school badges?

What badges? The \"Monitor\", \"Prefect\" badges?
For name tag, the order form can be found http://www.nyps.moe.edu.sg/PDFs/nametag_order_form.pdf, and it's stated the supplier is Charlie Chan Pte Ltd.
