The only supplementary readings that I subscribed for my son this year were StoryBox (by NurtureCraft) & 好朋友(forgot by whom). The StoryBox subscription came in the orientation package (don't remember the colour) - NYPS students have a different subscription rate compared to website. 好朋友 came after one of his 1st few Chinese lessons (I think).
Both mags came in at regularly intervals via the teachers. The teachers do refer to the readers. Sometimes he even had homework from the 好朋友. Readers like the 2 are compulsory.
Enrichment classes by vendors which cost $$ & are held after school are optional. Too many too choose from. :? -

Problem is I don't seem to have that subscription form in my DD's package. Any idea how I can get my hand on a copy? -

Not too sure. You could check with the General Office/Form Teacher. Or maybe check with NurtureCraft (http://www.nurturecraft.com.sg/). -
