hello mummies


i am new to this thread. My girl is currently in a neighbourhood school in ang mo kio and she manage to get in to RVPS under waitlist (just got a call from the school last week). I have just sold my place in yio chu kang and will be renting somewhere near the school first but probably will only move around Feb. Does anyone know if the bus operator serve the north area as well? Also P2 is it morning session?

Wanted to check also with you mummies here. I have another 3 year old girl… With this move, i am not sure which preschool to send her to. Can anyone advise me which preschool was your kid in before P1?

About the school bus - try contacting the bus company with the online enquiry if you don't receive a response here. They were prompt n courteous.

Preschool - i heard good parent feedback on kay poh baptist kindergarten but I'm not a first-hand parent there.

Fellow RV parents, I have two questions:

1. What r the school practices regarding hair accessories (colours) and ear rings?

2. Are parents allowed to eat at the canteen, say can i have lunch with my child there before school?

Thanks! I am not sure which class yet cos have to go down to get the letter from the office and also more details... Really kind of worried... hopefully my child will get use to it soon...

After some discussion, we are hoping to move over in Dec so hopefully will not require the transport!

From my understanding, the bus operator only serve central and west areas only.

2) Also P2 is it morning session?
Yes P2 to P6 is morning session. P1 is afternoon.

3) Can anyone advise me which preschool was your kid in before P1?
There are a number of pre-schools nearby, Sams Learning Centre at Mutiara, Alphabet Playhouse at Dublin.

Thanks plan2012, we shd be settling there by Dec so thankfully may not need to use the bus service… Have reserved a place for my kiddo in Kay Poh Rd baptist kindy…
